We run a rigorous selection process. Every candidate goes through a thorough technical assessment with SilverBack's own recruiters, and for many positions, a direct evaluation with our clients as well. We do this because our clients trust us to send them people who are ready — not people who need time to get there. Once placed, SilverBack manages the full mobilization process, including travel and accommodations, so candidates can focus on the job, not the logistics.
