We’ve come a long way but still have a long, exciting journey ahead of us.
From our very first project in Norway in 2012, SilverBack has been refining our solution to the talent shortages that are hampering the delivery of major high-tech construction projects.
In the early days, SilverBack focused on the selection and mobilisation of managed teams of construction trades workers for reinforced concrete, electrical and mechanical installation.
Core to our offering, then as now, was a fully-managed service with SilverBack controlling all aspects of the delivery, the recruitment, employment compliance, mobilisation and all in-country logistical elements, to improve the customer and project staff experience.
SilverBack’s experience in these new industry construction projects is opening up opportunities for both candidates and clients.
We’re offering our professional, technical and trades candidates opportunities to work on some of the most innovative industrial construction projects; a chance for them to build digital infrastructure and cleantech experience and the knowledge that their work is making a positive difference.
