Culture is easy to claim and hard to build. Ours has been shaped by more than a decade of real work — on demanding projects, with people who judged us by our actions rather than our words.

We are ambitious — but not at any cost. We hold ourselves to high standards in the quality of our placements, in how we treat our project staff, and in how we show up for clients. We listen to different perspectives, make space for honest disagreement, and make better decisions as a result.

The experience of our people sits at the center of how we operate. The way SilverBack looks after its project staff — in terms of support, communication, and follow-through — is one of our greatest sources of pride, and a key reason our people come back to us project after project.
