CSA Project Manager – Data Centre Projects
SilverBack Staffing Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing delivery team on major Data Centre projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to lead large-scale, technically complex projects with a well-established international contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
- Drive successful delivery across all project objectives including:
- Health & Safety
- Quality Assurance
- Technical Compliance
- Commercial Performance
- Programme & Scheduling
- Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary project teams
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovative delivery methods across projects
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7+ years’ post-qualification experience within the construction industry
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects is highly desirable
- Additional experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or mission-critical environments is advantageous
- Previous experience working with a main contractor
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-value projects in an international environment
