Currently, we are partnering with a leading international construction contractor to recruit a Senior CSA Project Manager for a major data centre development based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works across the project.
- Manage multiple CSA packages, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Coordinate design, construction, and interfaces between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor programme, progress, quality, safety, and key project milestones.
- Identify and resolve technical, programme, and construction issues.
- Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Drive CSA works through construction, completion, snagging, and final handover.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Construction Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) scopes.
- Data centre or other large-scale mission-critical/industrial project experience is highly desirable.
- Strong experience managing multiple construction packages and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of concrete, structural steel, building envelope, and architectural works.
- Strong programme, design coordination, quality, and stakeholder management experience.
- High-rise or complex multi-storey construction experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
