Role Overview
Site-based EHS Officer required for a data centre construction project in Helsinki. You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Support inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Review RAMS and oversee high-risk activities
- Maintain EHS documentation and reporting
- Relevant EHS qualification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and site practices
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage
- Contract position
- Flights, accommodation, and transport are provided for non-local candidates
