Silverback is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. This is a site-based position responsible for managing the delivery of electrical works, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of the electrical package from installation through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
- Review and manage method statements, risk assessments, technical submittals, and RFIs.
- Monitor programme progress and support planning, reporting, and scope changes.
- Ensure quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and project documentation are completed to the required standards.
- Maintain accurate as-built records and O&M documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electrical Package Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience delivering electrical packages on data centre or other mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical building services installations and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
