Currently, we are partnering with a leading construction organisation to recruit an experienced Logistics Manager (m/w/d) for a major data centre project in Gävle, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site logistics and construction deliveries.
- Coordinate materials, plant, equipment, storage, and site access.
- Manage delivery schedules and vehicle movements in line with the construction programme.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, logistics teams, and site personnel.
- Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials across site.
- Maintain logistics plans, schedules, and relevant documentation.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues that may impact project progress.
- Attend site coordination and planning meetings.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with project HSE requirements.
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in construction logistics or a similar role.
- Strong experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Data centre or industrial construction experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of site logistics, deliveries, and material management.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple site stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good understanding of construction HSE requirements.
- English language proficiency required; Swedish is advantageous.
