Currently, we are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Planner to support a large-scale data centre construction project in Norway. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge digital infrastructure developments within a fast-growing international market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Update schedules based on site progress and contractor inputs.
- Track key milestones and critical path activities.
- Coordinate with construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare planning documentation and project reports.
- Support change management and delay analysis activities.
- Attend project meetings and communicate planning updates effectively.
- Ensure compliance with project planning standards and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project planning within construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong Primavera P6 experience.
- Understanding of construction sequencing and project controls methodologies.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within complex project environments.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience.
- Experience working on large international construction projects.
- Knowledge of commissioning and handover planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Scandinavian project experience is advantageous.
