Site Survey Manager – Data Centre Project

We are seeking an experienced Site Survey Manager for a major data centre project in Helsinki.
This role will oversee all surveying activities on a large-scale earthworks package, including cut and fill operations, blasting, and site preparation works.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of surveyors on site
- Oversee all setting out, levels, and survey control
- Manage cut and fill volumes and material tracking
- Coordinate survey data with 3D/BIM models
- Ensure accuracy, QA, and compliance across all works
- Liaise closely with engineering and construction teams in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Survey Manager or Senior Surveyor
- Background in large-scale civil, infrastructure, or earthworks projects
- Strong experience with cut and fill, volume calculations, and site levelling
- Experience managing multiple surveyors on site
- Competent in working with digital models and survey software
- Data centre experience is advantageous but not essential
- 17/4 rotation available
- Flights, accommodation and transport provided
- Contract position
- Daily rate
- Monday to Friday working schedule
