We've come a long way — but the most exciting part of the journey is still ahead.


From our very first project in 2012, SilverBack has been building and refining our answer to one of the construction industry's most persistent challenges: finding, placing, and retaining the specialized talent that major high-tech construction projects demand.


In the early days, SilverBack focused on the selection and mobilization of construction workforce teams for major high-tech projects. We learned quickly what it takes to move the right people to the right place at the right time — and to keep them there.


Core to our offering, then as now, is a fully managed service. SilverBack takes ownership of every aspect of delivery — recruitment, employment compliance, mobilization, and all on-the-ground logistical elements — so that our clients can focus on building and our project staff can focus on the work.

The construction landscape has changed dramatically over the past decade. A new generation of mega-projects is reshaping North America's industrial footprint — driven by massive investment in data centers, digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, battery production, and clean energy facilities. These projects are bigger, faster, and more technically complex than anything that came before them. And they all share one critical challenge: a shortage of skilled people to build them.


The locations best positioned to attract this wave of investment are those with access to reliable, affordable, clean power. That dynamic is accelerating construction activity across North America and driving multi-billion dollar commitments to new industrial facilities at a pace the industry has rarely seen.


At the height of the pandemic in 2020, SilverBack made a pivotal move — expanding our offering to include white-collar professional and technical staff. This opened the door to deeper engagement with project owners, general contractors, and engineering firms at the earliest stages of project planning.


That strategic decision was deliberate: move up the value chain, reduce cyclicality, and get into the room earlier — when workforce strategy is still being shaped, not scrambled for. Today, that professional and technical staffing model is the offering we are bringing to the US market.

To date, our teams have logged more than 4.5 million man-hours on these transformative projects. That number reflects not just scale, but trust — earned project by project, client by client, over more than a decade.


2026 marks a defining milestone: the full launch of SilverBack's white-collar professional and technical staffing offering in the United States. With coast-to-coast reach and a proven delivery model honed across some of the most demanding construction projects in the world, SilverBack is ready to bring that expertise to the rapidly growing US high-tech construction market.

SilverBack is now building its presence in Germany and in other strategic markets in Northern and Central Europe. Other geographic regions are also in development and future announcements will follow.
